Rebecca Fairlamb

Rebecca is a customer-centric product leader, with over 14 years of experience in product strategy and leading product teams. In 2025, she launched Product Continuum, a product consultancy, to enable growing companies to bring structure, clarity, and long-term strategy to their product function. Her primary focus is on enabling relationships - prioritizing communication and collaboration with customers, engineering and architecture teams.

She has held multiple positions with JPMorganChase across a 14 year tenure. Most recently this included Product Director in Identity & Access Management, where she led portfolios across globally-distributed teams within technology; running products that included Just in Time authZ and databases. With the size and scale of the bank, there is a huge responsibility for delivering B2B technologies that meet the expectations from regulators and enable front end technologies to exceed expectations for customers.

She joined JPMorganChase after completing an MA Honours in Theological Studies from the University of St.Andrews. She also holds an NVQ Level 2 in Cybersecurity and Large Scale Scrum certification.

Alyx Priestley

Alyx is the founder of Priestley Strategy Consulting, specializing in product leadership for PE-backed scale-ups and funded startups. With over a decade of experience across financial services, travel, retail and climate tech, she's held senior product roles including Head of Product at Signal (Broadridge) and leadership positions at GSK, Puma, and Carnival UK.

Alyx has secured significant investments for platform builds, led platform transformations that improved delivery efficiency, and built product organizations from scratch in highly regulated environments. She writes the weekly "Beyond the Roadmap" series on Medium, focusing on commercial accountability and financial literacy for product leaders.

She learned early in her career that brilliant product strategy means nothing if you can't connect it to the P&L and built her consultancy around closing that gap.
