Cancellations & Refunds

More than 30 days before the workshop: Full refund. No questions asked.

15-30 days before: 50% refund.

Less than 15 days before: No refund. But you can transfer your ticket to someone else (just email us their details at least 48 hours before the workshop starts).

 

How to Request a Refund

Email us: [email address]

Include:

• Your name

• Booking confirmation number

• Reason for cancellation (optional, but helpful)

 

We'll process refunds within 5-7 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

 

If We Cancel

If we have to cancel the workshop for any reason, you get a full refund automatically. No exceptions.

 

We'll notify you as soon as possible and process refunds within 5 business days.

 

Ticket Transfers

Can't make it? Transfer your ticket to someone else instead of cancelling.

Email us at least 48 hours before the workshop with:

• Your name and booking number

• New attendee's name and email

 

No transfer fees. No questions.

 

No-Shows

If you don't show up and don't cancel in advance, no refund. Your spot could have gone to someone else.
